Early Childhood Curriculum Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate closely with the Principal and a dedicated team of educators to design and develop a high-quality curriculum for children aged 18 months to 6 years, incorporating core subjects and enrichment activities.

* Develop lesson plans, educational materials, and assessments that are engaging and suitable for various learning styles and developmental stages.

* Provide training and support to educators on curriculum delivery and best practices.

Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum through feedback, observations, and assessments.

* Make necessary adjustments to enhance the learning experience and outcomes for students.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree in these fields is highly preferred.

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development or educational content creation, specifically within the Singapore early childhood educational setting.
