Documentation Officer, Consumer Loan Operations (12-mths contract)

The work location is based at Tampines. This is a 12-mths contract role.

Credit Administration for End-to-End Processing of HDB and Private Residential Home Loans (PHL)

This includes the following functions:

1. Processing and Checking of New Home Loan Applications
2. Documentation Processing: This entails disbursement, redemption and other service-related requests, such as:
   • Restructuring of credit facilities after disbursement
   • Partial capital repayment
   • Repricing of loans
   • Bridging Loans, etc.
3. Safe-Keeping of Security Documents: Performed safekeeping of the security documents via CLIMS
4. Liaison with External and Internal Parties: This includes solicitors, valuers, branches, contact centre, Mortgage Specialist centre, and other departments regarding mortgage-related issues and inquiries.

Qualifications - External

• Fresh grads are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Excel/ MS Word)
• Responsible, meticulous and able to cope well under pressure and able to work independently as well as in a team
