Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and accomplished Director of Strategic Sales & Client Partnerships to drive business growth, develop key client relationships, and lead sales efforts across Asia. This role is ideal for a senior professional with a proven track record of acquiring enterprise clients, managing strategic accounts, and leading high-performance sales teams in the IT services domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development & Client Acquisition:
    Drive end-to-end enterprise sales cycles; identify and close new client opportunities in sectors such as Healthcare, Government, Pharma, and BFSI across Singapore, India, Malaysia, and SEA.
  • Account & Relationship Management:
    Lead high-level account management and nurture long-term relationships with CXOs, procurement heads, and technology leaders.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
    Define, plan, and implement strategic go-to-market initiatives to expand our client base and service offerings.
  • Partnership Management:
    Cultivate and leverage relationships with global system integrators (IBM, TCS, Infosys, etc.) to unlock co-sell and delivery opportunities.
  • Mentorship & Team Development:
    Build and mentor a results-oriented sales and account management team. Collaborate with internal recruiters and delivery heads to ensure alignment with client needs.
  • Market Expansion:
    Research and expand into untapped regional markets using both traditional and digital sales channels.
  • Performance & Reporting:
    Provide accurate sales forecasts, maintain CRM hygiene, and report KPIs and market intelligence to executive leadership.

Required Qualifications:

  • 20+ years of experience in IT Sales, Business Development, and Account Management.
  • Deep understanding of the recruitment and IT solutions space (SAP, .NET, ERP, etc.).
  • Strong track record in government and enterprise client acquisition in Singapore and SEA.
  • Experience working in leadership roles at staffing firms and IT services companies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-driven mindset.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with healthcare, pharma, and government tenders in SEA.
  • Exposure to both product and services-based sales.
  • KAH / CEI certified (already held by the candidate).
  • B2B marketing know-how and conference-level representation (e.g., NASSCOM).
