IT Desktop Engineer - Senior Executive/ IT Assistant Manager - Up to $7000

• Position :IT Desktop Engineer - Senior Executive/ IT Assistant Manager (Windows OS, Azure, O365, hardware)
• Location : Shenton Way (Nearby MRT)
• Working hours : 5 Days/ office hours - 2 DAYS WFH
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $7000 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days of Annual leave
• Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist with troubleshooting basic IT issues across the departments
• Coordinate the repair and refresh of hardware eg laptops and peripherals
• Provide helpdesk support including setting up new laptops and accounts in
• various applications
• Administer user accounts and access rights for various applications
• Plan and work with various global teams on implementing corporate projects
• Manage respective vendors to ensure projects are implemented and delivered
• according to agreed timelines, schedule, design and costs
• Contribute and participate in new business applications projects
• Manage IT assets

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Desktop Engineer
• In-depth knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Azure, laptops and peripherals such as printers and mobile devices
• Good knowledge of Active Directory and Azure
• Ability to manage time and resources to meet or exceed expectations in high profile situations while maintaining professionalism under pressure
• Diploma/Degree in IT/Computer Engineering or equivalent
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
