Delivery & Warehouse Associate

Location: Tampines
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM (OT is applicable)
Salary: $2,800–$3,000/month

Key Responsibilities

Logistics Operations (40%)

• Transport items safely and securely, following instructions on packaging, timelines, and destinations
• Plan and coordinate deliveries to internal and external parties
• Maintain and update delivery schedules to ensure punctuality
• Load and unload goods with care
• Ensure proper documentation and accountability for all transported items

Warehouse Management (40%)

• Oversee daily warehouse activities: receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
• Label and store items to prevent damage
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks
• Use warehouse systems to maintain accurate records
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
• Keep the warehouse clean and hazard-free

General Duties (20%)

• Maintain assigned vehicle in safe and clean condition
• Support other operational tasks as needed

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in logistics and warehouse operations
• Familiarity with Singapore routes preferred
• Knowledge of warehouse systems is a plus
• Valid Class 4 driving license with a clean record
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
