Join our dynamic team in Pasir Ris, Tampines, and Bukit Panjang! We're looking for dedicated Customer Success Associates to coordinate food delivery orders, manage pickups, and ensure top-notch service.

🔹 About the Role:

✔ Coordinate food delivery orders and place them in designated cabinets for pick-up
✔ Provide excellent customer service and handle service recovery if necessary
✔ Work on-site at one of our locations in Pasir Ris, Tampines, or Bukit Panjang

💼 Positions Available:

🔸 Full-Time:

• 5-day work week (40 hours)
• Shifts: 10:30 AM – 2:30 PM & 5:30 PM – 9:30 PM
• Required: 4 weekdays + 1 weekend
• Benefits: 13th-month bonus, medical & dental benefits, incentive bonuses

🔸 Part-Time:

• 1st shift: $10/hour
• 2nd shift: $13/hour
• Weekend rate: $15/hour
• Benefits: Medical benefits
• Flexible scheduling

🎯 Job Requirements:

✅ Pleasant personality & well-spoken
✅ Strong customer service skills
✅ Fluent in English and/or Mandarin
✅ Meticulous in handling food orders
