Job Description

Customer Service Consultant

Working Hours:Monday to Friday 9am-6pm; Saturday 9am-3:00pm, 6 days a week

Sunday off

Near Tampines East MRT station

Responsible for recommending appropriate repair solutions to customers, updating customers on repair progress at any time, and communicating with customers and repair teams

vehicle repair and maintenance company

Those with basic automotive knowledge are preferred, must have class 3 license, good at communication and problem solving
