Job Description

Job Description:

• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

• Follow up with customers post-installation to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

• Provide support to customers with post-purchase inquiries.

• Plan and coordinate installation and servicing schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely completion of projects.

• Purchase materials for ongoing projects or installations when required.

• Arrange logistics for picking up or sending out stocks and materials to job sites or suppliers.

• Communicate schedules to customers and internal teams, making adjustments as necessary.

• Work closely with the installation team to manage daily work schedules and logistics.

• Assist with office administration tasks during peak periods or when the Administrative assistant is unavailable.


Qualifications:

• O Level, diploma equivalent or above.

• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Email).

• Good collaborative skills and a team player.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks while working in a fast-paced environment.

• Able to start immediately.
