Customer Service Agent #HMS

Customer Service Agent (6-Month Contract, Convertible to Perm)
Salary: Up to $2,500/month
Location: Changi, pick up at hougang / amk / woodland / tampines

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle order processing promptly via call centre hotline, email, and sales orders
• Communicate urgent delivery or special timing requests to the delivery team and ensure timely completion
• Ensure compliance with procedures on sales restrictions, pricing approvals, and other principal-specific requirements
• Coordinate information flow among customers, principals, warehouse, and delivery team
• Verify and analyse customer information; resolve issues or escalate to relevant departments
• Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and document retrieval
• Undertake any other duties as assigned
