Shift:

•Mon–Fri : 8:30am–6pm + alternate Sat (8:30am–12pm) (1 extra day off per month)
• Tues–Sat 12pm–9pm

• Company bus from Tampines, Sengkang, Bedok & Tanah Merah MRT
• Fully corporate attire (tie required for males)

Location: East (Direct bus stop infront of Office Building)

Job Scope:
• Monitor freight and ensure timely customs declarations and deliveries
• Follow up on inbound shipments and arrivals (flight/vessel)
• Report shipment discrepancies promptly
• File customs entries after passing competency test
• Maintain paperwork in compliance with rules and customer profiles
• Meet customs KPI requirements
• Adhere to Singapore Customs and compliance regulations
• Answer calls promptly and politely to Clients
• Ensure timely and accurate system data entry
• Bill freight and handling charges promptly and accurately
