Corporate Secretary (MNC | Marine Fabrication) - Up to $5,500 + Variable Bonus

• Position: Corporate Secretary
• Location: Gul Road (Company Transport Provided: Woodlands, Bukit Batok, Choa Chu Kang, Jurong East, Boon Lay, Serangoon)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,500 + Performance Bonus + Flexi Benefits
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Marine (fabrication) - MNC

Main Responsibilities:

• Support C-Suite in the day to day routine
• Coordinate and manage daily schedules, appointments, and meetings
• Plan and organize travel arrangements
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required
• Manage confidential information with discretion
• Track deadlines ensuring timely completion of tasks
• Function as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Arrange and prepare materials for meetings
• Take minutes during meetings and follow-up on action items

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
• Minimum Diploma in any field
• At least 3 years of experience in executive support
• Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills
