Contract Logistics Assistant (6mth)

This is a 6 months' Contract role to cover for Maternity Leave to start in September 2025.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Checking of local and incoming shipments documentation.
• BL / AWB / Invoice / Packing List and other relevant documentations.
• Update Shipment logs.
• Perform BL registration in Glob+ in-house system (training will be provided).
• Verify customs and duties declaration form.
• Raising PO for warehouse miscellaneous usage such as labels.
• Customs compliance and regulations knowledge for Liquor & Tobacco will be an advantage.
• Required to be on site at warehouse to perform duties assigned.
• Any other ad-hoc duties

Requirements

• Preferably Diploma in Logistics or related discipline
• Pefer 1 years of relevant Logistics experience but not compulsory.
• Possess strong analytical, problem solving, eyes for details and communication skill
• Excel knowledge skill eg.VlookUp and Pivot table is required
• Organised and self-motivated
• Able to thrive under pressure and tight deadline
• Knowledge of customs declaration will be advantage but not compulsory
