Key Responsibilities

Corporate Engagement & Fundraising

• Identify and approach potential sponsors and donors
• Assist in developing proposals, presentations, and pitch decks
• Support donor acquisition and relationship-building strategies

Events & Campaigns

• Plan and coordinate fundraising events and digital campaigns
• Manage event logistics, liaise with vendors, and support volunteers
• Work with internal teams to deliver impactful campaigns

Donor Stewardship

• Maintain donor relationships through regular engagement
• Draft appreciation letters, reports, and follow-up communications
• Ensure timely and meaningful touchpoints with partners

Reporting & Administration

• Maintain accurate donor records and track fundraising outcomes
• Analyse campaign data for reporting and improvement
• Provide administrative support including invoicing and donation processing

Other Duties

• Support any additional responsibilities assigned by the Manager or Deputy Executive Director

Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in fundraising, marketing, or corporate engagement — preferably in a social service or non-profit setting.
• Diploma or higher in Business, Marketing, Events Management, or a related field.
• Strong command of English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Passionate about making a difference in the social service sector and aligned with Metta’s mission.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive, creative, and resourceful — able to multi-task and manage deadlines with minimal supervision.
• A strong team player who is also results-oriented and meticulous in execution.
