Commis Cook (Central Kitchen)

We invite candidates with diverse skill sets to become part of our Central Kitchen Family, where we run various sections, including a hot catering kitchen, pastry and bakery, raw protein (meats and seafood), and green produce preparation. Situated in Tampines, our central kitchen plays a crucial role in ensuring the preparation and distribution of both perishable and non-perishable inventory for all the restaurants and concepts within the Ebb & Flow Group.

Responsibilities:

• Support Chef De Partie in delivering high-quality food
• Prepare ingredients for baking, pastries, hot dishes, and cold dishes to assist our central kitchens and other brands
• Maintain strict quality control of food production including preparing and storing food in a safe and hygienic manner
• Basic housekeeping of the central kitchen

Qualifications:

• A valid Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 1)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Be bold and possess a never-say-die attitude.
