Clinic Assistant

• Up till $2,500 basic + OT + VB
• Rostered rotating shifts (8am - 4pm / 4pm - 10pm, Shift hours may vary)
• 5 days work week including Weekends and Public Holidays. Public
• Holiday work, salary is 1.5x
• 1 weekday off and 1 weekend off

Job Description:

This is a permanent role for a Clinic Assistant located in Kovan/ Teck Ghee/Tampines.

Our client provides medical services for various health issues.

• Perform clinical and administrative duties including phone enquiries, clinic registration, patient appointment scheduling and walk-ins
• Liaise with patients and their family members about follow-up appointments
• Process prescription accurately and dispensing of medication to patients
• To assist doctors in consultation, examination, treatment and vaccination
• Handle feedback promptly and efficiently
• Deliver excellent customer service as frontline staff and clinic ambassador
• Collect payments, perform cashiering duties and basic administrative duties
• Assist in managing smooth and efficient clinic operations
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Qualifications:

• Min GCE N level
• Possess basic MS Office skills.
