Job Description
Oversees the overall restaurant operations.
Able to perform in all food preparation in kitchen and counter.
Adhere to work safety and cleaniness in restaurant premises.
Ensure that staff maintain consistency in standard and presentation of fooditems as per recipes.
Analysing and Planning restaurant sales levels and profitability.
Manage and maintain operational records which include inventory, sales and weekly work roster.
Requirements:
At least 8 years experience working in Japanese Restaurant.
Creativity in Japanese cuisine.
Good aptitude in handle stress and complaints.
Multi-Tasker and mature personality.
Willing to work on Weekends and Public Holidays.
