Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead professional development initiatives for educators.
• Guide the implementation of an inquiry-based, holistic curriculum that supports both cognitive and emotional development.
• Align the Center’s curricula and programs with the organization’s mission, vision, and core values.
• Enhance and maintain the school’s reputation for excellence within the community and among parents.
• Oversee operational and administrative functions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

• Degree in Early Childhood Education and a Diploma in Pre-school Education – Leadership/Training (DPE-L/T) or equivalent, recognized by the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA).
• At least 3 years of experience managing Pre-school Centres.
• Proven supervisory experience with strong communication and customer service skills.
