Centre Leader Position

We are seeking a dynamic Centre Leader to join our team. If you possess excellent leadership skills, a passion for early childhood education and a commitment to excellence, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:

DECCE-L, Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood Leadership, or SDECCE with 2 years of experience as a Centre Leader (Senior Teachers with DPL are welcome to apply)
Familiarity with ECDA regulatory standards
Proficiency in Early Childhood Portals (e.g., CMS, One@ECDA Portal, CD Lens)
Knowledge of Subsidy Administration (applications, audit preparations) is advantageous
Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide subordinates towards achieving common goals
