Beauty Salon Manager

- Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring a seamless and welcoming client experience

- Perform and supervise beauty services such as threading, waxing, facials, and hair treatments, using natural and plant-based products

- Support and motivate the team, fostering a positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented work environment

- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and service quality in line with our ethos

- Manage appointments, client records, inventory, and supplies efficiently

- Assist in training and mentoring staff, encouraging ongoing learning and skill enhancement

- Promote salon services, wellness experiences, and retail products to clients

- Uphold and embody the salon’s mission, vision, and values in all interactions

- Handle client feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and care

Requirements

- Proven experience in beauty services (e.g., threading, waxing, facials, hair treatments); certification preferred

- Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a beauty or wellness setting is an advantage

- Genuine passion for holistic beauty, wellness, and natural self-care

- Willingness to learn new skills and participate in ongoing training (including energy healing, mindfulness, and coaching techniques)

- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a supportive team

- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities

- Positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to personal and professional growth

- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
