Baker

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Baker to prepare a variety of baked goods including breads, pastries, cakes, and cookies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of baking techniques, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake breads, pastries, cookies, cakes, and other baked goods according to recipes and production schedules.
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately using baking tools and equipment.
• Operate and maintain baking machinery and ovens safely and efficiently.
• Monitor product quality and adjust processes or ingredients as needed.
• Decorate and finish baked items such as cakes and pastries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen and prep areas in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Keep inventory of baking supplies and report shortages.
• Assist in developing new recipes or seasonal offerings.
