Air Import Executive (East / Up to $3500)

Location: Alps Avenue (Transport provided at Tampines / Tanah Merah)
Working hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 5.30pm & Alt Sat, 9am to 1pm
Salary: Basic up to $3500

Job duties:
- Act as the main point of contact for all airfreight import matters
- Coordinate import shipments with internal teams and external customers
- Monitor urgent shipments and ensure timely follow-up
- Liaise with key departments (Warehouse, Operations, Billing, Sales)
- Ensure customer requirements are met and documented in SOPs
- Conduct monthly & quarterly customer reviews
- Manage full import process, including billing and dispute resolution

Requirements:
- Relevant experience in air freight / logistics would be advantageous
- Singaporean or PR only
