Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

General HR Administration

  • Coordinate employee benefits enrollment and claims.
  • Handle employee queries and provide administrative support.

Relocation Management

  • Coordinate end-to-end relocation logistics for incoming Expatriates
  • Liaise with relocation vendors (e.g. movers, housing agents, travel coordinators).
  • Assist employees with visa/work permit applications and documentation.
  • Provide guidance on local policies
  • Track relocation expenses and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Act as a point of contact for relocated employees during their transition period.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR administration; experience with relocation is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Multilingual skills or cross-cultural experience is an advantage.
