Core Duties
· To perform reception duties such as handle incoming calls, email/ phone enquiries and complaints positive, professional and solutions-oriented approach
· Liaise with Nursing Team for residents’ related follow-up matters
· Support in the admission, discharge and administration of residents
· Prepare invoices, receive payments and administer the payment process
· Visitor management
· Coordinate transportation of residents for appointments and other dispatch arrangement
· Stock ordering and inventory control
· Assist in arranging maintenance service with vendors/ contractors/ suppliers
· Data entry, filing and documentation
· Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Job requirement
· Prior experience in a customer service or front office role. Some experience within the hospitality industry preferred.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with resident and guest.
· A positive, friendly and helpful attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences for resident and their guest
· Proficiency in spoken and written English. Fluency in a Chinese dialect will be helpful in communicating with elderly residents.
· Full time and Permanent part time role available
