Support planners in resolving work order discrepancies
Coordinate with buyers to verify completed tasks and confirm delivery/job completion
Print job-related documents for production purposes
Assist in organizing staff engagement activities and events
Handle general administrative and clerical tasks
Carry out other ad-hoc duties as assigned
