Admin Assistant (Coordinator | Shipping) - Up to $3,200 + Bonus + Benefits

• Position: Coordinator (Operations Support)
• Location: Alexandra Road
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,200 + Monthly Transport Reimbursement + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Electric Automotive Products

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the efficient, timely and accurate preparation of shipping documents
• Ensures timely notification and dispatch of shipping documents to customers and logistic providers
• Check and process the freight billing from the logistic providers
• Maintenance of payment process to suppliers and insurance application
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• At least 1 year of working experience in any field
• Knowledge and/or experience in the logistics/supply chain field (will be an added advantage)
