• Position : Accounts Executive (Full Sets) - Up To $5,000 - East - Urgent Role
• Location : East – Loyang Way
• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5,000 + AWS + Performance Bonus + Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits
• Duration : Permanent
• Industry : Smart Home Appliances

Responsibilities:

• Handling full sets of Accounts
• Ensure all suppliers’ invoices are properly captured (matching Purchase Orders,
• Delivery Orders and authorised approval, including verifying & classifying)
• Perform monthly payments to the suppliers
• Follow up on overdue accounts
• Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum of Diploma levels with at least 1 year of relevant experience
• Familiar with using AutoCount
• Immediate Starters have advantage
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with associates who can only speak Mandarin.
