Accounts Executive (Full Set | ALL WELCOME) - Up to $3,200 + AWS + Bonus

• Position: Accounts Executive (Work Life Balance Environment)
• Location: Hougang
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,200 + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent
• Industry: Fuel products

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining full set of accounts (AR, AP and GL) and audit schedules
• Quarterly GST preparation
• Housekeeping and filing of finance documents
• Perform month-end closing for financial reporting within timeline
• In charge of stock take and resolve any inventory discrepancies
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Minimum Diploma in Finance/Accountancy
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in keeping full set of accounts
