● Location: Tampines

● Schedule: Monday - Friday

● Hours: 0900-1700

Qualifications

● LCCI and/or Diploma in Accounting/Banking/Finance

Experience

● Accounts Payable and/or Receivable: ≥ 3 years

Responsibilities

● Generate invoices and perform postings to general ledger

● Daily operations related to AR and/or AP (Data entries)

● Relief and Back-up AR & AP staffs when they are on leave or sick

● Preparation of bank reconciliation for all the banks

● Assist the Manger on monthly and yearly financial closing and reporting

● Preparation of journals, schedules, reconciliations of funds and travel float

● Assist with our annual audit preparation

● Undertake other reasonable accounting duties

Requirements

● Only Singaporean /PR Need Apply

● Available at short notice

● Proficient in Ms Office

● Diligently and good time management to meet deadlines

● Strong attention to details and Meticulous with numbers

● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

● Solid understanding of accounting principles and regulations

● High level of integrity in handling financial information
