Job Description

Key Job Purpose :

  • Checking and issuing 3rdparty billing
  • Month end AR revaluation
  • Generate local delivery and service billing and CN for warranty claim
  • Prepare Sales Flash report
  • Perform bank reconciliation at month end
  • Ensure GR/IR posting is completed on monthly basis
  • Control and ensure delivery note is signed and back for filing
  • Reconcile fixed asset listing against consignment stock
  • Other adhoc tasks


Job Description :

  • Asset in fixed asset module – run depreciation and reconciliation
  • Work on Product warranty provision (Qtry) and post journal entry
  • Checking and issuing 3rd party billing for overseas customer
  • Generate local delivery and service billing to customer and CN for warranty claim
  • Preparing sales Flash report for submission
  • Ensure GR/IR is all recorded during month end process
  • Performing month end AR revaluation
  • Support other Finance activities as and when assigned – fixed asset count


Job Requirements :

  • Min Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
  • 2- 3 years of relevant working experience in AR and FA
  • Good knowledge of S4 Hana
  • Excellent excel skill preferred
