Order Fulfillment Executive

• Working Hours : Monday - Friday 830am -530pm
• Location : Tampines
• Salary: $2,500 - $3,500

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Sales cum Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be vital in supporting our sales operations, coordinating with customers and forwarders, and ensuring smooth order processing and fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage order processing, issue invoices, and coordinate delivery schedules with customers and forwarders
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide timely support
• Conduct regular meetings with customers to strengthen relationships and grow the customer database
• Respond to customer enquirers via phone, email, and in person
• Prepare quotations, track item status, and ensure timely delivery of orders
• Monitor and follow up on sales orders, shipments, and payment status
• Provide prompt responses to enquirers regarding quotations, order updates, and delivery timelines
• Handle post-sales follow-ups and support customer service issues

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
• More than 4 years of relevant work experience required
• Proven experience in a similar sales coordination or administrative role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and order management systems
