Application Processing Officer

• Review and document procedures to ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Work with Team Managers to refresh SOPs, assess risks, and develop effective risk mitigation measures.
• Process and verify applications accurately, including authentication checks and income computations, within SLAs.
• Support continuous process improvement and streamline processes to reduce costs and turnaround time.
• Conduct internal reviews/tests to ensure compliance.
• Assist with data analysis, reporting, and corrective action recommendations.
• Perform administrative duties like filing, printing, scanning, and archiving.
